But are they baby leopards or baby jaguars or baby panthers?

I think they look like baby jaguars.

Panther, though commonly used to refer to the black panther which can be a jaguar or a leopard, is also the genus name for leopards and jaguars.

So technically, baby panthers will be correct irregardless of whether they are baby leopards or baby jaguars.
